If you are concerned about the effects that excess weight could have on your health and want to start on the road to positive change, have your family physician refer you to our physician team . Patients are assessed and placed on a program that includes one-on-one consultation with a physician and a weight management consultant. The team of your physician and dietician (weight management consultant) work together to structure a program that is personal to you and your lifestyle. Each patient is different and the “Best Weight” program is designed to respect those differences.
